Our representation of employers has not been limited to the Workers Compensation field, but has also included other employment related issues as well. Our firm offers a variety of legal advice to our employer clients including advising on terminations; ADA and disability issues; investigating discrimination and harassment complaints; drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks, and non-compete agreements; and representing employers in unemployment disputes, defense of claims under M.S. ยง 176.82 in Minnesota, and refusal to rehire claims in Wisconsin.
Mark J. Freeman heads our employment law practice. Mark has been practicing in the area of labor and employment law to compliment his representation of employers and insurers in workers' compensation cases. He has been practicing for more than 20 years and is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota. He has appeared representing his clients at all levels of litigation including District Court, administrative hearings and appellate courts.
